The WEILER 10" Narrow Face Crimped Wire Wheel delivers flexible brushing action for light duty cleaning and deburring on bench grinders, pedestal grinders, and CNC machines. This wheel features .014" steel wire fill in a crimped configuration with 3/4" face width and 1" arbor hole. The solid ring construction provides consistent performance at speeds up to 4000 RPM with 2-1/2" trim length.
Built to ANSI B165.1 standards, this radial brush wheel uses heat-treated steel wire for durability in manufacturing applications. The narrow face design allows precise work while the 5/8" face plate thickness ensures structural integrity during operation. Standard pack quantity is 2 wheels per box for shop convenience.
This crimped wire wheel works on straight grinders and stationary machines where controlled material removal is needed. The flexible wire action makes it ideal for cleaning weld joints, removing light rust, and deburring machined parts without aggressive cutting action.
